1. Introduction

By booking a service with EriPure Cleaning Services (“we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. These Terms of Service govern all residential, commercial, and customized cleaning services provided by EriPure in Washington State.

2. Booking and Scheduling

  • Appointments must be scheduled in advance online, by phone, or through our official booking form.
  • We reserve the right to confirm or reschedule any booking based on availability.
  • All service areas must be safe, accessible, and free of hazardous conditions.

3. Payments & Pricing

  • All pricing is transparent and based on the size and condition of the property or scope of service.
  • We accept digital payments, cash, or invoices (for businesses only) on or before the day of service.
  • Late payments may result in service interruption or additional fees.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

  • You may cancel or reschedule an appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice without penalty.
  • Last-minute cancellations (within 24 hours) may be charged a $30 cancellation fee.
  • No refunds are issued once a cleaning service has been performed unless service issues are verified and documented.

5. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must provide accurate access instructions and ensure the premises are safe to enter.
  • Valuables should be stored safely prior to service. We are not liable for unattended valuables.
  • Pets must be secured during cleaning hours.

6. Liability & Damage

While our team takes great care during service, accidental damage must be reported to us within 24 hours. If we are found responsible, we will repair or compensate for the damage up to a reasonable amount.

7. Refusal of Service

We reserve the right to decline service for any reason, including safety concerns, harassment, or improper working conditions.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted to this page with a new effective date.
